How do I make an appointment with Dr. Sexton?
-It is up to you take the lead in setting up an appointment with me. Since I have 100-150 adviseesI simply do not have time to return all student telephone calls or to e-mail back and forth in order to set up advising times, there are too many advisees and only one of me. Therefore please either 1) stop by my office and check my open office hours or go to my personnel website ( http://mavdisk.mnsu.edu/pjsatc/ ) to check my schedule, then 2) e-mail (patrick.sexton@mnsu.edu) me with some possible dates/times that you are available to meet, and 3) I will respond to your message with a date/time that I can meet with you based on my schedule. Make sure to give yourself enough lead time and do not expect to be able to meet with me the next day, please be realistic in your requests.
Even if I am in my office when you drop by I will ask you to follow this procedure. Sorry for the inconvenience!
