A co-worker asked me to work on some chairs that her father had purchased 25 years ago. They had been sitting in storage all that time & were very dusty, with many layers of paint.
So after stripping (3 times), sanding (3 times), re-gluing rungs, staining (2 times), varnishing (2 times) & caning; here is the finished product.
